Arianne
Arianne, a 36-year-old brand and product manager from Quezon City, is currently juggling a busy lifestyle and caring for her family. Arianne has recently been experiencing frequent acne breakouts, exacerbated by her hectic lifestyle and the recent emotional turmoil caused by multiple losses in her family.
“I normally get breakouts once in a while, especially around my monthly period, after traveling, or when not getting enough sleep,” she shares. However, Arianne’s skin condition worsened in recent months, and her breakouts left her feeling unattractive, insecure, and stressed.
Arianne’s busy routine starts at 5:30 AM with household chores and getting her daughter ready for school, followed by work that stretches late into the evening. 1. Reducing her dairy and sugar intake in her diet. Although Arianne is eating a fairly balanced diet in general, she found that her daily indulgence - lattes – had hidden intake of both dairy and sugar, most likely contributing to her skin troubles.
